I love Claire’s yoga. Her classes are so informative. I really enjoy the spiritual aspect she brings to each class and I always feel that I have learnt something new as well as feeling relaxed and empowered when I leave.
Claire recommended dandelion root coffee in one of her classes and then was kind enough to bring a sample along to the Kent Wellness festival a couple of weeks ago. I have been drinking it ever since! She has fantastic knowledge on the health benefits of natural foods and recommends different natural ingredients for ailments you may have. I have been on a really journey with Claire from grounding on the yoga mat to grounding out in nature on her foraging walks and nature therapy sessions. Being out in nature has really opened up my world.

I spent a fabulous few hours with Claire walking, foraging for plants and spending time in the woods. Very knowledgeable and such a fascinating area. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. When first going into the woods I was a little self conscious about being silent and carrying out the activity but very quickly relaxed and was amazed at all the shares afterwards. Everyone should try this to destress!
I loved Claire’s outdoor yoga. Claire is such a kind and considerate teacher, it really is yoga for everyone. She made the nicest elderberry tea that I can’t wait to make myself. The yoga under a beautiful tree felt so connected with nature and she shared loads of herbal knowledge to help with aliments. Highly recommended, try out Tilia yoga
I've been attending Claire's online yoga classes every week Wednesday and I absolutely love it! The class is so relaxing and grounding. I have also had 1:1 online and in person sessions with Claire so that I can learn more about connecting with nature. I wanted to slow down but didn't know how. Now I have connected to nature through some Forest Therapy tasks she set me and have learnt about some beginner friendly plants. My favourite plant is now the wild rose! Claire is so passionate and professional. She's a natural teacher and the sessions are full of vinyasa flow and affirmations. I especially love Claire's connections to nature and the way she brings people together.
